Israel gathered, purified & prosperous in the Land.

Ezekiel 36:24 I shall take you from among the nations, gather you from every land, and bring you back to your homeland.
Eze 36:25 I will purify you from everything that defiles you.
Eze 36:26 You will have a new heart and a new spirit within you.
Eze 36:27 I shall put My spirit within you and you will desire to only follow My Laws.

Eze 36:28 Then you will live in the Land that I gave to your forefathers. You will be My people and I will be your God.
Eze 36:29 Having saved you from all that defiles you, I shall command the Land to be plentiful.
Eze 36:30 The trees will bear abundant fruit and the soil will yield heavy crops – never again will you suffer famine.

Eze 36:31 You will recall your wicked conduct and evil deeds and will hate yourselves for them.
Eze 36:32 I assure you that it is not for your sake that I am acting, so feel the shame and disgrace of your ways, people of Israel. [it is for the sake of My holy Name, that you have profaned, says the Lord]
Eze 36:33 The Lord says; when I have cleansed you of all your wrongdoings, you will settle in the towns and the ruined places will be rebuilt.
Eze 36:34 The Land, now desolate will be plowed and sown- no longer a wasteland. [the Land deserted and desolate after this next M.E. war]

Eze 36:35 The nations still left around you will know that it is I, the Lord who has done this. [some will survive in the nations around Israel.]
Eze 36:36 The Lord God says; once again, I will let the Israelites pray to Me for help. They will become many, as flocks of sheep in the Land.
Eze 36:37 As Jerusalem has flocks of sheep at festival times, so will the towns of Israel be filled with flocks of people. Then, they will know that I am the Lord.

In the last three verses of Ezekiel chapter 36, it is made clear that the Lord is not present in His glory when righteous Israel is settled into the Promised Land.
This prophesy cannot be construed as having been fulfilled by the Jews, currently inhabiting the Land, and they also face judgement in this forthcoming war.
V 24- More than half of the worlds Jews still remain among the nations.
V 25- Not purified – about half of the Israelis are atheists.
V 26-27 – No real sign of any Spirit of the Lord in Israel at present.
V 28- The State of Israel occupies only a portion of the area promised.
V 29-30 The Jews have achieved agricultural wonders, but a lot of desert remains.
V 31-32 Shame and remorse? Not noticeable, anyway among the Jews.
V 33- Cleansed of all your wrongdoings – not happened as yet.
V 35 The nations still left. The prophesied destruction of the ‘evil neighbours” will not leave very many people, but they will be made aware of the Lords judgement.
